Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process a return, you need to complete the merchandise return form.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is the same as the one indicated on the order. If in this case you wish to exchange it for a different item, please contact us via the merchandise return form.

Gift

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The shipping time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

You may want to consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
